Beyond the Horizon: All in one 4 HER
All-in-one 4 HER is an ESF and Flemish Goverment funded project aiming to develop a fast-track integration model for highly educated newcomers into the labour market. This model is experimented and operationalised by early and effective informing newcomers through a digital platform and welcome application; helping them on their path to work with career coaching and mentoring; and bringing all relevant actors and initiatives together on a platform to raise the overall impact through an increased reach-out and networking capacity. Economic House of Ostend: Networking for immigrants The aim of the project, funded by ESF, City of Ostend and The Flemish Community, is to offer job seekers with a migration background in Ostend (Belgium) more opportunities for successful and sustainable employment through versatile and individual guidance. Our multidisciplinary team realizes this by offering training modules and individual coaching on labour market-oriented competences and by expanding the professional network of the target group. Active inclusion, to promote equal professional opportunities, active participation and improving employability. MESH - employing immigrants via networks and mentoring The aim of MESH project, funded by ESF, is to support people with immigrant background, in other words international talents, positioning into the Finnish labour market. The goal of the project is to develop, experiment and distribute models and practices of mentoring and systematize mentoring and utilization of networks. Professional networks are promoted by enhancing their competences to search, find and develop their working-life connections to support their path to employment. The project is implemented by Turku University of Applied Sciences, Tampere University of Applied Sciences and LAB University of Applied Sciences from Finland. Latest update date: 2.11.2020 |
